Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
Your phone number, optional name/email/ID, the passengers/attendees you add, your bookings, payments and check-in records.
2. How we use it
To create and manage your bookings, confirm payments and balances, send booking/payment/reminder messages, and validate entry at boarding/check-in. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Payments
M-Pesa transactions are processed by Safaricom; we receive a reference and the paying number to confirm your payment. We never see your PIN.
4. Your data, your scope
Your data is visible only to the operator you booked with and to you. Operators are isolated from one another.
5. Security
Passwords are stored hashed and connections are encrypted in transit. Protect your password and report anything suspicious to your operator.
