Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & tickets

A booking reserves your seat(s) or ticket(s) and is confirmed once fully paid. Partial payments (deposits/installments) hold your booking; the balance is shown in your account and due before travel/entry.

2. Payments

Payments are made via M-Pesa or as recorded by the operator. Unpaid reservations may expire after the hold window and release the seats. Amounts are in Kenyan Shillings.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility follow each operator's policy (e.g. a cut-off before departure/start and a refund percentage). Refunds, where due, are processed by the operator.

4. Check-in

Present your QR ticket or booking reference at boarding/entry. Tickets are valid for the named trip/event and may be transferable where the operator allows it.

5. Changes

Trips/events may be rescheduled or cancelled by the operator, who will notify affected customers.
